Responsibilities

  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Qualifying prospects, arranging demonstrations and proposals with qualified prospects, and closing deals.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Conducting research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Provide advice, experience and expertise to the organization.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, sales, or related field.
  • Having knowledge and understanding of the public safety market.
  • Having a sales track record in (public) security solutions is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Bonus

  • Fluent in German or French.
  • Having worked with in the (public) safety and security market.
  • Passionate about working with artificial intelligence and on innovation.
  • Experience with establishing and managing a partner network.
